Our Kitchen

Today’s post is about our kitchen. At home we all love to cook, reinvent ourselves a bit using the stove, and at the same time repeat our favorite recipes. When we spend days at Villa Bella Estança, we make almost all meals at home, cooking. We believe that when you come to enjoy a few days here, it will be a great resource for you to cook what you prefer. If you come with children, providing them with what they like best will be very important to be calm in this regard, also on holiday. That is why today we present in detail our kitchen.

This part of the house is perfectly equipped. All appliances are new. The kitchen has been located at this point in the house since 2006, when we did a major refurbishment at Villa Bella Estança. Natural light enters most of the day, as it has a large window, from which you can access to the garden. It has a lot of marble space, so it’s easier to handle food and dishes. There is also an area where you can sit or have a quick meal. We really like to have breakfast sitting on these stools. This space is integrated into the dining room, which makes the living room and kitchen space even wider and larger. The stove is three steps from the dining table, which makes lunch and dinner much easier.

Because you have so many things that we think are very useful to you when you come, we give you a list of what you will find there:

• Fridge and freezer: there, when you arrive, you can enjoy the soft drinks we leave you as a welcome kit.

• Oven: Cooking using it is always very healthy. We love au gratin pasta, and without it it would be impossible to enjoy these dishes.

• Microwave: Heating something quickly and easily is also a must when you’re on vacation, so you can use the microwave for these occasions.

• Vitroceramic: you will find this option for cooking your dishes. We think it is much cleaner and more practical, which is why we chose the ceramic hob for our kitchen.

• Coffee machine: In the kitchen of Villa Bella Estança you will find a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. We, as a courtesy, always leave you some capsules so you can enjoy a good coffee when you feel like it. You can find them without any problem in any supermarket.

• Electric Kettle: And for those of us who are more passionate about tea, we also have a kettle at home, to make the infusions much easier.

• Juice machine: we have a practical mixer, from Ikhos, very easy to use, and above all, to clean. Juice and smoothies lovers will also have your chance here.

• Extractor hood: The fact that the kitchen and dining room are so close and unified can often be a problem with noise and odors. But thanks to the extractor, you will have no problem with that.

• Dishwasher: When you’re on holiday, you don’t feel like washing the dishes by your own. When we go from time to time in our day to day, neither. That’s why you’ll find a good dishwasher so you won’t waste time and enjoy the house even more.

• Large sink: Using large pots and pans and having to wash them in a small sink is not practical. That’s why our sink is large and comfortable, as is the faucet, which can be moved according to the need of what you need to wash.

• Plates, glasses, cutlery and bottles: in Villa Bella Estança you will find everything. There are two complete tableware for unlimited use. The glasses will not run out, and you can also enjoy glasses of wine and cava. There are also plenty of cutlery for every need. You’ll also find glass bottles to cool the water in the fridge.

• Tablecloths and napkins: you may also not have to worry when you come here, because we make it easy for you too.

• Cabinets: As you know, the kitchen is large. We can also enjoy a lot of storage space thanks to the number of cabinets here.
