Christmas Decoration 2021
We already have Christmas here and in our house could not miss the typical decorations of these dates. A few days ago we started preparing for the festivities, and this new blog post is dedicated to this. Below we show you how we have put Villa Bella Estança ready for Christmas.

And if you have read this post, you will already know that door decoration is a must. It welcomes us and begins to fill the house with joy.
A few years ago we left the traditional Christmas tree behind, and what we do, is take advantage of the pine trees that fill our garden, choose one, and fill it with lights. This year we have chosen the corner next to the chairs and the little table, just entering the house from the street, on the right. The light bulbs with a blue touch give a very nice color point, which when it gets dark, illuminate the garden and we like it a lot.
This year, but it wasn’t the only tree we’ve turned into Christmas decorations. The tree in front of the kitchen has been the other to choose. To this one, we have even put Christmas balls, red, which we think is very pretty in this corner of the garden. At night, the lights are filled with different colors, which can be seen from inside the kitchen and we are very happy with the view.
The Nativity scene at Villa Bella Estança has also become somewhat minimalist and, as we did last year, we have placed it on the shelf that is half-scale, on the window sill. They are wooden figs, to which we have also added small and delicate lights that we believe give the beautiful touch to make this corner very cozy.
And the Nativity scene is not the only Christmas element in the stairwell area. These golden stars you see in the photo hang from the railing of the stairs, and from the sofa when we watch TV, we see them right above, and we love how they look. These stars also make golden balls company.
And finally, it remains to show you the centerpiece that we put on top of the dining room, with four long red candles, as well as the typical Christmas flowers, the Ponsetties that are always part of our house for these dates.
And that’s how Villa Bella Estança has looked with Christmas decorations. Do you like it? We love it!
