How will we receive you?
We will be waiting for you at home to tell you all the details and make you feel welcome. The garden will be perfectly conditioned so that the first impression is already good, as it is the first thing you will see when you arrive. At this point we will give you a set of keys and you will feel right like home.

The maroon door will be open for you. The dining room and living room are very cozy, and you will be there first.
Info and others
On the glass table in the lobby you will find informative leaflets of restaurants on the edge of the house. They can be useful both for eating there and for bringing food home. You will also find a blue folder where we explain all the workings of the house, such as TV controls, Wi-Fi password blinds, washing machine, dishwasher, heating and air conditioning, and other data that we believe may be from your interest. We want to make it easy for you to be comfortable at all times and above all, without any worries. We also leave you in this folder contact phones in case you need anything.
Welcome Kit
Whether you come from far or near, we think it’s important to find something to eat when you get somewhere. You’ll have time to go to the supermarket, but arriving and being able to grab a soda, cookies or chocolates for the little ones is something to be thankful for. We like to find this when we go somewhere on vacation, so we wanted to do the same for our guests. You will find things both on the dining table and in the fridge.
Bathrooms
The three toilets will be equipped with hand and face towels, with soaps, both hand and shampoo and body gel, with hair dryers, extra heaters and, of course, with wc paper for the days you spend in Villa Bella Estança.
Bedrooms
The rooms will also welcome you with all the facilities. The beds will be made, with the necessary clothes according to the time of year. On each bed you will find the set of towels for each of the guests. In each of the rooms you will find a completely empty wardrobe so that you have it with complete freedom, so that you can store what you need.
